Sorry, no pic but I got my "Friday Email Coupon" from Cub Foods and it was for a FREE 1/2 pound of Di Lusso meat OR cheese. I picked up a 1/2 pound of their peppered turkey and it is delicious! Make sure and open your Friday email from Cub if you haven't already because the coupon is only good until Sunday. Go the the Cub Foods website to sign up for these weekly coupons. Most of the time they are for something that I'm not interested in but this week's is FANTASTIC!

Target has FANS for $3.74

Sorry, no picture but if you've been flooded and are in need of some fans Target has box fans on clearance for $3.74. They are not the "highest" quality but will blow enough to help you dry out. I bought 4 of them to help me in my basement. At this price you can afford to buy several if you are in need. They had about 50-75 in stock as of Friday afternoon at 3:00p.m. These will go fast once people find out about it since so many of us have water in our basements.

Well, I'm clearly on the Famous Footwear mailing list again and received this great 20% off coupon for your ENTIRE PURCHASE. OK, I was in Cub Foods last night and actually saw 2 shoppers totally miss this deal. Cub has Tostitos on sale for 2 for $5.00. Well, right there on the display is a tear pad to get a FREE SALSA OR QUESO when you buy 2 bags of Tostitos! Don't even think about buying Tostitos without grabbing the FREE stuff too! Keep your eyes peeled at all times for this type of thing - READ THE SIGNS IN THE STORE!

WOW! Cub Foods has their Abdallah caramel apples on sale for 10 for $10 this week. (These are $1.50 at Econo.) This is a MUST BUY price on caramel apples and I can guarantee that they are delicious. They have a nice but not overly done layer of caramel. You can find the display right next to the fresh strawberries.

Fisher Nuts

Yay! It's time to pull out those great $1.00 off coupons for Fisher nuts and cruise on in to Mendard's! You'll be able to snag them for $.50 per 14 oz jar this week. Yum. I love having these on hand for work and at home.

Check out this week's Walgreen's circular for lots of good deals that you can match coupons to. The one item that JUMPS OUT AT ME this week is the ThermaCare Heat Wrap! Whoa! Sale priced at $2.49 less $1.50 Register Reward = $.99 each. This is a stock up price for future aches and pains in my book. You will never find these cheaper. It's also a great time to try this product if you never have. You might be surprised at how good they really work! Remember to purchase one at a time to get the Register Rewards, but worth a couple of stops this week on your way home.

Hy Vee - HOT DEALS

Hy Vee is having a great 2-day sale this Thursday & Friday in Faribault. Look at the prices for Bone-in Pork Shoulder Roast OR Split Chicken Breasts! $.99 per pound. It does say limit 2 but this is an out-of-sight price!

The Campbell's Chunky soups are on a great price discount too! Use your $.50 off 2 coupon from last week to snare some soup for $.74 per can!

And, last but certainly not least, please notice the $1.00 INCREDIBLE QUAKER DOLLAR SALE! Stock up time for oatmeal and granola bars for me. Cub Foods seems to have a lot of great prices this week on alot of items. The 5 for $5 on the Soup At Hand is a great price and add in your $1.00 OFF any 3 coupon from a few weeks ago and you can pick up 3 for $2.00 - A SUPER PRICE!

It's also a pretty good price for the PEPSI this week using the coupon in the ad to get 2 24-packs for $10.00. I'm thinking about stocking up on this as I don't know if we'll see the even lower prices on Pepsi for a while.

I love these coupons at Cub Foods. FREE 1/2 pound of Di Lusso cheese when you buy 1 pound of Di Lusso turkey breast. These are a good deal and if you still have the "Save $2.00 on deli meat or cheese coupon when you purchase one package of CARR'S crackers or Keebler TOASTEDS" you can make it an even better deal! Make a great party tray for the next Vikings game - hopefully it'll be better than the last game!

Cub Foods - Marie's Salad Dressing

I spotted this great coupon for BUY 1 GET 1 FREE on Marie's Salad Dressing at Cub this week. This is a super deal.

Did you know that these refrigerated salad dressings have a lot less preservatives in them and are healthier than the salad dressings you'll find on the grocery shelves? Yes, they may cost a bit more but isn't it worth it? I have moved to the refrigerated ones in the last few months and really notice a taste difference, too.

Culver's

Check out the back side of the Culver's circular in the shopper for some great BUY 1 GET 1 FREE coupons on the Double Butterburger, sundae, and Concrete Mixers. YUM! These coupons are good at many of the MN Culver's locations. I do note that they are not good at the Rochester locations though.

Now here's a store that I usually miss when searching for good deals - LAMPERTS! I hope you all received the circular in this week's shopper, especially if you are in the home improvement mode. There are an array of coupons depending on the size of your purchase. Wow! $50 off a purchase of $200, $10 off a purchase of $50, and $5 off a purchase of $25. Those are rock'n good coupons. On the cover of the circular is also a great coupon for FREE Windshield Washer Fluid - Yay, I LOVE FREE! Cub Foods - Culinary Circle Brand

Remember a couple of week's ago when I tried the Cheese Lasagna from Cub Foods' Culinary Circle and HATED IT! Well, it did have a money back guarantee and I received my refund check yesterday for the full purchase price. Now, you may enjoy this lasagna but I did not so I'm not bashing it totally because I have had the beef lasagna and it was FABULOUS! Anyway, they included a VERY NICE COUPON for $2.00 off ANY Culinary Circle product. Yay! I will definitely be using that!

I found this great coupon in a dispenser near the refrigerated juice at Cub Foods yesterday. On one side there is a coupon for $.50 off any ONE dole Sensation - Natural Lemon Lime or Watermelon! BUT, on the other side is a coupon for $.50 OFF Dole BANANAS! Fabulous. The coupon is good until 10/01/10 so be sure to grab a couple of these, especially if you pack your kids' lunch!
