I couldn't believe my eyes on Saturday when I found ANOTHER $15 off a purchase of $15 coupon from J.C. Penney's. Now I have two to spend this month. Yay! (I imagine my good luck will end at the end of the year because I have put no charges on my Penney's charge card all year.)
