The key to the sales, discounts, coupons, register rewards, etc. is to buy items that you use regularly when they are dirt cheap or FREE! That way you never have to run to the store and pay full price for that item. It often means buying several of one item at a time when you find a fantastic bargain. Like this week. It has been a stock up week for Listerine. I now have a 6 month supply.
